Phytophagous fish or silver carp is a type of carp, the main place of growth of these fish is in the Amur river, but it can be cultivated in the Caspian Sea area and other parts of Iran. Phytophagous fish when the water temperature is 21-23 degrees Celsius and If the river is flooded and muddy, they start spawning in groups.

Silver carp has an elongated and wide shape and of course this fish has very small scales and the color of this fish is silver like its name. If you have ever seen a silver carp, you must have noticed the cartilaginous blade from the head to the tail of the carp, and sometimes this fish grows up to 120 cm in size. It is not very suitable for fishing, because this fish is not interested in human bait compared to other types of fish.
